Charlotte, a professional dancer and fulfilled young mother, lives surrounded by her partner Pierre and their son, Eliott. One night, she is suddenly awakened by a violent pain in her head. Unable to control her body, she experiences a loss of certain abilities. Panicked, Pierre calls emergency services, who suspect a stroke. Charlotte is rushed to the hospital, where a neurologist confirms the cerebrovascular accident. Despite the shock, Charlotte must begin a long process of rehabilitation to relearn how to walk and to adapt to a new way of living.
